There is an allocated parking space right next to the house, where you can comfortably park up and given the proximity to the City, you wont need to move it again until you leave. When you walk into the property you are greeted by a light bright living space and a well equipped kitchen that has everything that you will need to prepare a meal, if you aren't heading out into the City to enjoy one of the many places for dining out. It has a dining table to seat all four people which is set near the french windows, leading out to a very private patio area where you can enjoy alfresco dining, a glass of wine or your morning cup of coffee. The comfortable seating area is perfect for settling down for an evening in front of the smart TV. On the first floor there are two lovely bedrooms, the master bedroom has a small balcony, just big enough for two people to sit with their morning coffee. Both have plenty of storage space and comfortable beds, ensuring a great nights sleep, leaving you ready for the day ahead! The Master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and then the family bathroom has a bath with a shower over.
