The Coastal Escape was perfect for our family of three. We loved the little cottage, rooms were airy, beds were comfortable and the facilities were perfect. Location was even better, able to park our car (permit was easy to find in the hallway) and walk to places for the entire time we stayed! Neighbours were friendly across the road. We enjoyed tapas at Cin Cin bar around the corner, Wellingtons Bistro on the sea front was perfect for breakfast, location not far from the arcades, the leisure pool and pier. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay again.

All of our Kent Escape properties are located in superb and convenient locations which are all in close proximity to some of Kent's Finest Visitor attractions. Kent Escapes has experience in hosting guests for about 6 years, both solo travelers, contractors, families and large groups. If you are looking for a visit to the Kent Coast or a quiet country getaway then we are confident one of our properties would meet your needs and requirements for the duration of your visit to Kent. As the owners of the properties we are constantly investing in the upkeep and maintenance of the buildings to ensure you have a home from home experience that you will want to return to time and time again. We have various types and sizes of properties available to occupy in Dover, Deal, Folkestone and their surrounding villages depending on your needs and location requirements.

The property was constructed in 2008 within the Middle Street Conservation area of Deal in Kent. The architectural and historic importance of the Middle Street Deal Conservation area has long been recognised with Its distinctive character typified by the central axis of mainly Georgian terraced houses clustered around Middle Street; changing as you move towards Deal Castle. The property boasts charm and was built using traditional methods combined with modern building regulation requirements. Fitted with double glazed wooden sash windows, cast iron guttering and set in a cosy plot with courtyard garden. A compact cottage with two bedrooms, bathroom lounge, kitchen and separate WC. Outside is a small courtyard and parking space. Situated up a lane off of South Street. Off road parking is located at the side of the cottage and suitable for a medium sized car. This parking space is available free of charge but is a tight space to get into and may need several manoeuvres to master. We find it easier to reverse into the space from the entrance of the lane. Once parked you will not require the car again to access the beach, town or restaurants, bars, coffee shops and antique dealer...
