There are three bedrooms in the cottage sleeping six guests, including two king-size rooms with en-suite shower rooms and one twin (zip/link, can be double on request), served by a ground-floor shower room and a bathroom. There is also a kitchen/diner, utility and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is ample off-road parking and a lawn and patio garden with furniture and a stream flowing by. Choose Hill Brook Barn for the perfect stay in Lancashire. Note: There is a stream flowing through the garden which has a gate to reach, children must be supervised at all times. Please be advised: Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at this property.

In easy reach of both Pendle Hill famed for its links to the 1612 witch trials and the Forest of Bowland AONB, it makes a great base for those seeking a scenic escape with plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling and wildlife watching. There are two pubs, a convenience store, a Chinese takeaway and an ice cream parlour in the village, while nearby Skipton offers a wider selection of amenities and enticing history.
