If you're looking to explore the southern area of Liverpool and stay in proximity to the city centre, 19 Garswood is the ideal location. Situated less than 10 minutes drive from the trendy Lark Lane and two famous parks. Sefton Park, listed as Grade I had kept its quaint landscape whilst Princes Park, established in 1842, adds a historical touch to your visit. We welcome 4 guests in our two bedroom, one bathroom property with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a relaxing living room. Host & Stay are committed to our owners so that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a Damage Waiver (subject to an administration charge), or to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver.
