Amazing newly renovated contemporary apartment. Beautifully furnished Manhattan style apartment just a stone's throw from all the major attractions Liverpool has to offer. This fantastic apartment sleeps 4. Designed and renovated to the highest specification this apartment will not disappoint. The apartment sits within the 'Fabric Quarter' of Liverpool city centre and was built from a converted warehouse. It has a welcoming entrance and lift access to the all apartments. Acoustic panelling has been used along side high quality modern fixtures and fittings. Access is keyless and an LCD intercom system allows guests to visit safely. Smart TVs are provided in both the bedroom and living room with open plan kitchens and a beautifully designed bathroom. Flooring is Amtico throughout offering a clean and trendy living environment. The apartment is located close to all that Liverpool city centre has to offer. It is also a shirt distance to both Liverpool and Everton stadiums and within walking distance to the famous Liverpool Albert Dock.
