Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack. Enclosed rear garden with patio and sitting out area. On road parking. No smoking. . An absolute beauty of a property located close to the centre of the historic market town of Oakham on a quiet residential street. The owners have really shown style and personality in this property with fantastic decorative features showcasing the mix of wood and exposed brickwork. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to rustle up a lovely meal, and with the open-plan living space, everyone can enjoy time together. The living room area also can be used as extra sleeping space with a comfy sofa bed which can be converted into a double. Upstairs you have two bedrooms and a shower room. Outside you and your four-legged friends can enjoy access to an enclosed garden and inside, see if you can find the secret doggy door!
