Located along the main promenade, with all the amenities right on your doorstep, this impressive apartment located in a historic Grade 2 listed building occupies an ideal position within the traditional seaside town of Southport. The apartment offers free parking in a dedicated space in the onsite car park This one bedroom 2nd floor apartment sleeps 5 people and is centrally located on the promenade, next to the marine lake and just behind the iconic lord street. The bedroom has a king size bed with an Emma premium mattress with luxurious cotton bed linen. The property also has a double sofa bed (140cm x 195cm in the lounge, and a single sofa bed. A well equipped kitchen, provides a space for dining and relaxing. The lounge features a 55" smart TV whilst the bedroom has a 43" smart TV. The bathroom is equipped with a bath & power shower overhead. With toiletries provided. The property encompasses traditional Victorian features including beautiful ceiling coving decorations & sash windows complete with wooden window shutters.
