Welcome to The serenity, a beautifully presented spacious 3-bedroom semi-detached house located on a leafy residential avenue in the suburb of Walton-le-dale, Preston. Our home is perfect for families, business personnel, visitors to the area, and longer-term stays. Designed with comfort in mind, The serenity is a clean, modern, and well-presented house with a large garden that can accommodate up to six people. It boasts three bedrooms, a lovely modern shower room, a bright and well-equipped kitchen, and a delightful contemporary lounge. An extra reception room can also be used as an office and is equipped with a double sofa bed suitable for one adult or two children. The serenity comes fully equipped with everything you need to ensure an enjoyable and restful stay, our home is the perfect base for your visit, whether you are traveling for business or leisure reasons. We look forward to welcoming you! Parking: Driveway parking with space for one car. Please note street is too narrow for parking.

With excellent transport links, including a few minutes' drive to Bamber Bridge train station and close proximity to the M6, M61, and M65 junctions. For those visiting BAE Systems, Samlesbury Aerodrome, or The National Cyber Force, our location is perfect as they are just a short drive away. We are also conveniently located near Blackpool and the upcoming Eden Project in Morecambe.
