This luxurious apartment is situated in Icona House. In the heart of historic York, amenities and activities are within walking distance. We offer everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Our apartment is just 3 minutes walk to central York and less than 1km from York Minster. This bright, spacious apartment has space for up to four people and consists of a spacious lounge with sofa and chair, a small coffee table, flat screen tv and wifi throughout the property. There is a fully fitted kitchen with full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and a nespresso machine. There is a balcony for private use. Both double bedrooms have been tastefully decorated and consist of a double bed, wardrobe and bed side tables. , There are two bathrooms with large showers, each designed to a high specification providing a luxury experience. There is a washing machine and ironing board available for use.
I'm a qualified electrician and property investor. To support myself, I rent out my apartments. I enjoy cooking and playing snooker in my spare time. I love meeting people from different parts of the world and I look forward to connecting with you as a host or traveler. I will do my best to make your stay as comfortable as possible!
