Located only a few minutes walk from Wigan town centre, this luxury and uniquely spacious 1200 sqft property is often labelled "the perfect apartment". With its Grade 2 listed characterful rooms and modern quality fittings, you will be met with an old buildings charm as a former hotel with a fresh modern feel. With large kitchen diner, living room, 2 large bedrooms, mezzanine office and 5 metre private balcony, this is a perfect space for longer stays.
The property has a modern hallway leading to all rooms including the kitchen diner, living room, bathroom, bedroom 1, bedroom 2, mezzanine, office and uniquely large balcony accessed from the kitchen diner. The kitchen is very well equipped with all essential appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, blender, coffee machine and tv and is accommodated to seat 6. With 4 barstools at the island an additional dining table to seat 2-3, you also have additional stools stored to add to the island if necessary. The living room you has a beautifully large U shaped sofa to lounge in comfort in front of the 50 inch smart TV and additional dining table to seat four. With a city view during the winter months and a beautifully green view in the summer, this spacious property surrounded by amenities with free onsite parking is a perfect space for longer term and holiday lets.
