Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home. This contemporary, newly furnished apartment is set in the prestigious Sovereign Harbour marina development a few miles east of central Eastbourne. Set on the second floor, it has a balcony where you can soak up views of the boatlife while enjoying your morning coffee at the outdoor table and chairs. Inside the apartment is modern and relaxing. The double bedroom boasts views across the water from French doors that open on to the balcony, plus a TV for in-bed viewing. The living space is open plan and also has access to the balcony.
