Individual studio apartments, decorated to a high standard, each with a unique design. Located above the Maris & Otter which boasts great coffee and offers breakfast and dinner options along with fine wines and a great selection of ales. Great location, 5 minutes walk to the beach, good transport links or 20 minute easy walk into the Centre of Brighton.
