Market Lounge is a lovely property. The owners have taken great care to make it very comfortable and they provided some generous touches which were most welcome - cheese, chocolates, wine. The property is well located in the middle of Clitheroe so you have easy access to shops, cafes, pubs etc. THe property is very well maintained and decorated. Having car parking close was also very convenient. We can highly recommend this property and the helpfulness and accessibility of its hosts.

It was so nice to be greeted with some treats which included not only tea & coffee but a pint of milk, biscuits, chocolates, a bottle of wine and a cheese board with local cheeses and chutney. Such a welcoming gesture which was much appreciated. We'd also been given clear instructions regarding parking, which was in a designated spot in a private car park a stone's throw away. The location was central and interesting watching Clitheroe market come to life on a couple of days. We also met Pauline on our last evening, but we were made aware that the hosts were available to answer any queries at any time.

Great location. Fabulously clean apartment. Brilliant decor, everything top notch. Modern facilities with walk-in shower - hate climbing into a bath for a shower. Great heating which made it cosy.

The location is in the centre of Clitheroe overlooking the market—just a short walk to pubs, supermarkets and shops. The apartment was clean and modern. The bonus welcome gift of a bottle of wine, a cheeseboard, and a supply of coffee, tea, and milk was very nice. Parking was in a reserved spot in a very near car park, with a short-stay space outside the apartment to unload the car. We often visit family in Clitheroe and will look to stay here on future trips. It is tucked away behind the main shopping street and would be hard to find if it wasn't for the excellent video sent by the owners which showed its location and the parking. The views overlooking the market and the hills beyond are worth the climb.
