This ground floor apartment consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with oven/grill, gas hob with wok ring, combi microwave and top oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, dining seating for four and a sitting area with a TV with Sky Package including movies & sport. For more entertainment there is TV with Freeview to bedrooms, DVD player with selection of DVDs, iPod dock, PS3 with Blu-Ray DVD and selection of games and DVDs. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower and a twin bedroom, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a terrace garden with patio and sea-views with furniture and a communal garden area, as well as off-road parking for one car. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair and travel cot are available on request, but guests are asked to provide their own cot bedding. Sorry, no pets and no smoking allowed. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop, pub and beach. Mermaid's Secret is a delightsome dwelling for an escape to the Cornish coast. Check-in is from 4pm, check-out is 10am. We request that guests provide their own cot. There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 100 for this to the apartment from the car park entrance to The Sands with lift or stair access. Lift access should not be solely relied upon as if not operational due to maintenance / fault you will need to use the development - please note the new Azure Development (8 dwellings) adjacent to The Sands apartments has now been substantially constructed, but there may be some ongoing completion works continuing in to 2024. The coastal village of Carbis Bay is well renowned for its magnificent stretch of pure white sand, which is only a short drive from iconic St Ives. The beach feels almost subtropical, with turquoise waters and protected conditions, and is ideal for a good old-fashioned day by the sea. The Ocean Sports Centre is located on the beach, so if sunbathing isn't your thing, rent a kayak or stand-up paddleboard and get out on the ocean instead. Alternatively, why not book a spa day at the boutique hotel that overlooks the beach and has a fantastic patio where you can sip cocktails while basking in the Cornish sunshine?
