Warm and cozy , lovely hosts , clean , immaculate and a nice fresh smell ! Breakfast was beautiful...so filling and not greasy slop . The family room was very comfy ...wee separate bit for the kids with DVDs and a massive plus.....the shower was warm !!!!!!!! Roy and Tina took the time to speak to you and make you feel welcome. Will be back ! Thanks guys . ( Emma and Co room 1) x
