Lovely fully renovated 3 bedroom house sleeps 7 in the popular suburb of Kensington just a few minutes drive to the city centre, minutes for the Royal Liverpool University Hospital. This lovely 3 bedroom fully renovated house is the perfect base for a trip to our amazing city. Whether for work or pleasure you'll find this house suits all groups. The lounge is large and comfortable with a cosy dining area, the addition of a 50" smart TV means that chilling out or relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing or shopping is easy. Off the lounge area is the fully fitted and equipped kitchen. Up the stairs and to the top is the bathroom featuring shower over bath, sink and w.c. Bedroom 1 is a twin containing 2 single beds. Bedroom 2 is a large double bedroom Bedroom 3 is a triple and contains 3 single beds along with storage. There is a small backyard area.
