This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. This property is 1.2 miles away from LFC, 15 mins away from CC and close to local amenities. With its own private entrance 2 large double bedrooms that can sleep up to 9. Ground floor offers a beautiful spacious bar/games/TV room to hang out and relax. Bathroom to the ground floor as well as en-suite bathroom to 1st floor. Large living space with separate kitchen. Secure parking and we guarantee once you visit you will want to stay again.
All guests can email, text or call Host if needed. The host is helpful and can visit the property if really needed.
This property is allocated at the rear of the building The property is located with on street parking to the front of the building or private parking to the rear with up to 2 vehicles which will need fob access. When booking this property and need parking please make the host aware so the fob is available for your stay. There are many bus routes to different locations which is 3 min walk depending on places you want to visit. The number 12, 13, 15, 18 bus goes to City Centre and number 26 goes to Sefton Park area. Both same walking difference.
