Ocean City Retreats is a husband and wife team, Geoff and Jude, who own numerous properties in Plymouth. Great customer service is paramount to their on going success, and they genuinely care about their guests. Alongside the house keeping team, they will do everything they can to make sure you enjoy your stay.

In a convenient location close to the A38, making Dartmoor, and all of Devon and Cornwall really accessible. Apartment Three is the largest one with 3 bedroom, 3 shower rooms. It's large open plan kitchen/diner and lounge is bright and airy (with a table that extends to seat 4 - 6). The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and there's a smart tv. Everything has quite a modern feel to it, and the lounge certainly is an interesting shape - but still manages to feel calm and relaxing. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed, smart TV on the wall and plenty of storage, with it's own en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 is a twin room, again with a smart TV on the wall and loads of storage. The en-suite has a double sized shower tray and rain shower. Bedroom 3 is a more compact, comfortable twin room. And has use of the 'family' shower room. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided in case you forget your own, along with a small welcome drinks pack in the kitchen and some essentials to get you settled in quickly. Subject to availability, we could even stock the kitchen with your favourites before you arrive. The property benefits from two allocated parking spaces in the private car park at the rear of the building. A maximum of two dogs can also stay at the property (please notify us in advance as there may be a small cleaning charge), making Apartment Three the perfect spot for the WHOLE family!

Located in a residential area, and on foot: Central Park - on other side of the road Nearest 'corner shop' for bread, milk etc - other side of the road Small Co-op - less than 5 mins Large Morrisons - 8-10 mins Home Park stadium - 10 mins Wetherspoons - 10-15 mins Plymouth city centre and the waterfront are what many visitors wish to see, however, residential area of Hyde Park and Mutley also have some excellent places to eat and drink. Also perfectly located for Plymouth's Home Park stadium and those working at Devonport Dockyard
