the staff were superb, a total credit to the venue. the hotel was spotlessly clean and the gym/pool/spa combo was brilliant. kids loved it and want to go back.....

It was great time in Future Inn Hotle. I was with my family for holidays. We had great time. Beautiful place, great location around the touring places. It was great room service every day , nice and polite staff at reception. I really enjoyed my time. I am recommending my friends and family to stay in Future Inn hotle. Thanks 🤩

Romantic, spacious and comfortable suite of rooms in an historic building in the always fascinating Royal William Yard. Plus an excellent gluten-free breakfast, that I could really enjoy (I have coeliac disease), and many GF choices on the lunch and dinner menu

I really enjoyed the spa area with the pool, sauna and hot tub, the gym was very interactive and fun and I loved the house that we got.

I had to stay for 2 wks with my dog while my husband was in hospital. It was the lovely friendly Staff that made my stay. They were not only friendly to me and my dog but also asked after my husband. Every evening I would sit in the cosy sitting area with sofas and my dog was welcome as well as in the bar/restaurant area. The room is not large but very comfortable and the bed was comfy as well. I stayed in January but the room was always warm enough. I ate in the Hotel every evening and the food is very good., maybe not the sort of food for a diet, but hearty comfort food and a delicious sticky toffee pudding! The rooms are in a separate building right next to Reception and Bar/Restaurant but I found that much easier with the dog as I could take her straight from the car parked in front of the room. I would definitely stay again.

Location, modern furniture, cozy room atmosphere and cozy overall, great and efficient layout, with everything you need, nice window view within a sufficient room size. Good breakfast and the bar in the evening is so nice. Wonderful lobby and welcoming area. Overall excellent quality / location / price ratio. Staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful.

Great experience at such an old and historic building... really close to all areas like 10-15 min walking distance... breakfast was nice... the room was big and lots of coffee and tea in the room. Maybe I was too tired but this was the one of the most comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom is also large one... All good...

Always faithful to the Grosvenor. It’s our 3rd stay here, always at the same time of the year and we ´ll keep coming back because the staff is very friendly (Hi Debbie), there ´s a car park and the hotel is so well situated near the Hoe and the ferries.

Everything just couldn’t fault it

A good location, the parking can be tricky but everything about the craft house was excellent.

Location great for central Plymouth and the hoe. Large room ,beautiful new bathroom. Excellent breakfast.
