Fitzwilliam Place is located a short walk from Lincoln City Centre. When you step out you are immediately onto the High Street, in other words, close to all of the key attractions such as the Cathedral, Castle and International Bomber Command Centre. With all that Lincoln has to offer within walking distance, our studio is ideally situated, giving you a peaceful space to relax whilst discovering everything Lincoln has to offer. Parking is free on Tealby Street. The space A comfortable double room (small double bed - 4ft) with en-suite bathroom. Complete with kitchen including oven and hob. Smart TV, WiFi and dedicated quiet working space. Studio is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a GBP40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
