The property is located on a quiet, residential street but with good links to the bus stop and train stations, and ten minutes to several bars and restaurants. It also has a handy grocery shop on the main street and a cosy local pub within a two-minute walk away. 15 minutes from the Wigan town centre and Train Stations. 5 minutes walk to the Leeds-Liverpool Canal 2-minute walk to the nearest Bus Statio, local shops and bar. My name is Pavel but friends call me Pav hence the house name :) I refurbished this house completely last year and transformed it into a HOME. I put all my soul into ensuring this home gives only its best. I included pictures of the transformation here so you also will be able to see its story and not take only my words. You might see me or Rob at home but you'll have your key to your room so can come and leave whenever you need. I hope you will enjoy your stay. Welcome to my Abode!
