It's a small cottage on the main road of Innerleithen. The bedroom is at the front, but it is so quiet at night that we could have the window open. The property is very clean and well equipped, just big enough for 2 people, 3 would be quite tight. Bed comfortable. Underfloor heating in bathroom, nice! Good shower. Owners live above the property, family also next door. Hot tub a few steps away from the backdoor. It's near the shops. Hiking and biking country.

Located within a 19 century townhouse. It has been renovated and refurbished to the highest standard complete with hot tub. The town is situated in the heart of the Scottish borders, one hour south of the centre of Edinburgh. Accessible accomodation - please enquire for individual needs.
We have been settled back in our hometown for 16 years after travelling and living overseas. We have a son Stan who is 11 and a 2 boxer dogs called Belle and Ozzy. We converted the lower ground level of the building where we live as it had been empty for some years and are looking forward to welcoming visitors to this stunning part of Scotland. We have refurbished the Apartment to a very high standard with many features that we have either loved or would have loved to have had during our travels. Our decision to install the hot tub has been a great success and this has encouraged guests to visit all year round and allowed them to enjoy our place in the chilly winter nights too. Danny is slightly obsessed about the hot tub and you can be guaranteed unlike some other places that the hot tub will be emptied and refilled before your arrival ensuring a sparkly clean tub for everyone... Please get in touch for any more information. We live above the apartment so will be available and contactable as much as needed.
Innerleithen boasts some of the best mountain biking trails in Europe. The town is located by the river Tweed so attracts many fishers at all levels. Many walkers visit the area to enjoy the stunning hills and countryside around us. We have 3 golf courses within 10 minutes drive and is only 1 hour drive from the centre of Scotland's capital Edinburgh We are on a direct bus route which will take you straight into Edinburgh or further south into the Borders. You can now catch a bus from outside the apartment and go to Galashiels in around 30 minutes to jump on the new borders rail link. The train takes you directly into Edinburgh city centre. The bus service operates every hour direct from outside the apartment and takes around 1 hour 20 minutes to reach the city centre..
