Polkerris View is a bungalow in an exclusive position within Carlyon Bay, with sea views and easy access to the beach. There are three bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, and a family bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a utility room attached. The living area is open plan with the dining and sitting area. There is also a games room, a further shower room and a sun room. The garden is lawned and paved with garden furniture and there is off road parking for at least two cars. It has an ideal location, not far from Fowey, Charlestown and Mevagissey where you can find many good cafes and restaurants.
