Lovely apartment and nice quality of finish. Theme runs throughout the property and has been very well thought out. Location was also great for getting into town easily and kitchen had a great view of the river and docks. Would definitely stay again.

Our managed homes currently reach all over Scotland and there is an amazing eclectic mix. From city centre apartments, to beachside cottages and getaways in the Glens to hideaways in the countryside & we would love for you to come and stay. You will have the freedom to arrive in your own time thanks to our self check-in service. Everything you need to know about the property has been designed digitally and you can access your AirGuide from any device you wish. Giving you all information on appliances & check-in instructions as well as updated recommendations for things to see, try eat & drink. Everything we do is with you in mind to ensure you stay, no matter what the reason or for how long, is a true experience.

Property info

Princess Street Studios is on the ground floor, and has been thoughtfully decorated in black and white. Green furnishings match the plants and mirrors add to the light airy feel. The elevated aspect of the rear of the building means you have great views over the River Tay (famous for its sunrises and sunsets) and the Fife coast opposite. The main living area includes comfy seating and a 65-inch TV, plus a dining table with seating for two. The modern kitchen area is fully equipped, with a coffee machine, microwave, oven hob, cocktail station, as well as a large fridge freezer, and a washing machine/tumble dryer. Choose the bedroom featuring your favourite screen stars; both have a double bed, 55-inch TV, and clothes hanging rail. The larger bedroom also has its own sofa. The apartment’s elegance continues into the bathroom which includes a walk-in shower, sink unit, and WC.

Neighborhood info

Dundee has been transformed in recent years into a lively and cosmopolitan coastal city. With many exciting commercial and cultural attractions, including the V&A Dundee museum, historic ships, and urban beach along the banks of the Tay as well as theatres and shopping areas. Dundee has excellent road links to the other Scottish cities, and the domestic airport has direct flights to London and Belfast. Public transport links to the city are also very good; you are ten minutes’ walk from the bus station, and a few minutes by taxi from the train station. There is a small council car park opposite the apartment for free parking. The city is surrounded by beautiful countryside which will delight walkers and cyclists, and is close to Angus and Fife beaches, and world-famous golf courses, including St Andrews and Carnoustie.
