Stunning & large, exclusive bedroom in a newly refurbished, high standard, modern apartment in shared accommodation. There was a lot of effort put in force to maximize a comfortable stay in this property. Soundproof walls and ceilings, triple glazed windows with special acoustic and humidity sensitive vents, blackout blinds and many, many more are here to prove that. Good connection with City Center, Aberdeen Airport and P&J Live (The Event Complex Aberdeen). PLEASE NOTE: The kitchen, hallway, bathroom and WC are SHARED. There is no living room as such, however there is a large sitting area with smart TV in the kitchen, which compromises this. Kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave. - Each room & kitchen has a modern, LARGE 4K TV installed with NETFLIX PREMIUM, hardwired and fast Wi-Fi Internet connection. This apartment is located on the 1st floor and it has 3 double bedrooms. There is a bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet and additional WC. The main bathroom has a good quality audio system installed with large ceiling speakers. Each bedroom has secured entry with modern electronic keypad locks. Free parking in a dedicated car park.
