The flat is very central and within walking distance to restaurants and pubs. With only a five minute walk to Union Terrace Gardens, Trinity and Bon Accord shopping centres are within easy reach with Aberdeen’s stylish Union Square shopping centre close by.

Nice and clean first floor apartment with spacious living room, Tv on the wall and high pressure shower. High ceilings gives the place a big open feel. Available street parking. 5 minutes walk from Union Terrace Gardens in the Heart of Aberdeen and 10 minutes walk from Aberdeen Train Station and Union Square Shopping Center
