A really warm, clean and cosy cottage in a very convenient location in Saxmundham - easy to find with the host's clear directions and an ideal base for exploring the beautiful Suffolk coast and country. We really appreciated relaxing in the comfortable sitting room and also the well-equipped kitchen, as we had decided to eat in - although it is only a short walk from a good pub/restaurant at which we have eaten on previous visits to the town. A great place to stay!

A very comfortable self catering cottage close to the town centre of Saxmundham and very close to the railway station. It provided easy access to other parts of Suffolk and Norfolk. The cottage had a very quiet sunny courtyard.

Very clear instructions for location and entry to cottage on arrival. - thank you. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable for a good night sleep. Crisp clean white cotton sheets and towels were all prepared and great. Cosy cottage and had everything we needed. Good hot shower too. comfy sofa. Petite cottage but perfectly formed.

⛱️Hosted by Tim And Lucy who are Super-host! We are Tim and Lucy and we live on the stunning Suffolk Heritage Coast with our son Jack and our daughter Emily. We have been successfully letting our cottages: Arwen cottage in Aldeburgh, Thimble cottage in Southwold, Albion House and Stable cottage in Saxmundham via our companies Aldeburgh Seaside Cottages, Southwold Seaside Cottages and Seaside Luxury Cottages. We are thrilled to have met such interesting people and received such lovely feedback. Tim was born and bred in beautiful Suffolk and I was born in Lima-Peru and brought up in Milan-Italy. I speak Spanish, Italian, French, German and English. As my husband’s family is from Suffolk we have strong ties with this beautiful part of the world. Having travelled extensively we have been inspired by the good things we have come across in properties we have stayed in. As you can tell, we are passionate about providing somewhere special that our guests will love, enjoy and return to. We feel incredibly lucky to be able to live in this part of the world and are loving sharing our cottages with some amazing people from the Booking community.

The stable dates to 1750’s and has been tastefully renovated over two floors.This traditional cottage sleeps two people in comfort and offers the perfect cosy retreat and ideal setting for couples and families seeking a relaxing holiday or a romantic break. This hideaway is ideal for short breaks and is perfect base for touring the picturesque Suffolk coastal area from the market town Saxmundham. The space A gorgeous haven for couples, it is a wonderful holiday base throughout the year, with coast, countryside, culture & food on the doorstep. Days at the beach, sailing, walking, golfing, fishing, bird-watching, relaxing galore!This lovely Victorian stable's cottage is in the heart of Saxmundham on a quiet street, 100 yards from Saxmundham train station and 200 yards from Saxmundham high street. Stable cottage is a lovely cosy cottage, full of character and exceptionally comfortable, clean and well-equipped, including the use of unlimited Wi-Fi.
