Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with DVD player, and a selection of books, games and DVDs. Outside there is a front garden with patio and lawn, shared access to the owner's grounds, off-road parking for two cars, and secure bike storage. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair, travel cot and stairgate. You'll find a shop in 3.9 miles and a pub in 4.3 miles.
