Company information

I first started hosting with my holiday home in Ventnor, Isle of Wight which is a stunning 3 bedroom seaview penthouse and then started to grow the business in Brighton, which is my home town. I love to travel so I therefore want to provide a home-from-home feel for my guests as I expect to have clean, comfortable and well equipped accommodation when I travel so think it is important to provide the same for my guests. I am the mother of three grown up children and my son has recently become a dad! I love animals and nature and I also love to go swimming in the sea, especially in the winter where the benefits are truly healing. Why don't you take a dip when you visit?

Property information

Sail Loft has been newly refurbished and is on the second floor of this (currently being renovated) Victorian Villa, in Kemp Town, a 2 minute walk from Brighton Beach. The perfect location for shopping, eating, swimming or wandering around the amazing shops, eateries and entertainment that Brighton has to offer. In the same building, we have similar accommodation (Coral Cave, Crows Nest and Driftwood) and there are 4 more apartments rented out to permanent residents so a true Brighton cosmopolitan feel.

Neighbourhood information

Kemp Town is a well know part of Brighton which provides great bars and cafes and everything is near. You can be on the beach in 3 minutes and then comfortably walk to the pier or the prom or even hop on a bus and head to Brighton marina. You can take a leisurely walk to the station or immerse yourself in the wonderful shops and markets that Brighton has to offer. There is simply so much to do, you could never get bored. But if you wanted to stay in, you have all the comforts of home so a win win situation!
