Dinner was quite expensive, but very nice. Rooms were good, very comfortable, if a little smaller than some. For a one night stay it was all we needed.

Beautiful building set in a charming village

Love the location, love the old English charm, the quintessential English pub! The staff were amazing, especially Philomena who made our stay just that bit more special. She was wonderful. I can’t wait to go back but it’s a long way from Australia.

We travelled so it was perfect location- just a minute walk distance to the train station. Staff was very professional and friendly. Room clean and comfortable.

Location is quite convenient, right behind the Train Station. Staff is super friendly, proactive and efficient. Beds are on a whole other level, they are just incredible. So hard to get out of bed.

The reception & bar staff were very friendly & polite. Great location & lovely reception area.
