Located in the Lancashire village of Blacko, Surrounded by beautiful countryside you’ll be rewarded with wonderful views towards Pendle Hill in one direction and Blacko Tower in the other. There are food serving pubs in close proximity With so much in the surrounding area you really are spoilt for choice. Shops 1¼ miles, pub 50 yards, restaurants and,wine bars in barrowford.Within easy reach of skipton ,Haworth, theYorkshire dales,lake district , fylde coast for the perfect days out
There is a bus stop near by with transport to local villages around the area . There is a village green 3 minutes walk which also as the lovely play area with swings and other activities. Also picnic areas 2 eat in pubs within 10 /15 mins walk Barrowford is within walking distance for but about 30mins Or 10 Mins by bus 5 min in the car. There you can find a village full of individual shops, wine bars and hair and beauty salons. Coffee or cocktail bars and restaurants. For food shopping the is several options in barrowford including Booths supermarket which as a cafe too. Lost of walks in the area, while your in the area you could walk up the Famous Pendle Hill The heritage centre in Barrowford is a great place to for visitors information for the local area. They have a shop and cafe. Tours are also available for Beautiful listed building which is the heritage centre. The build used to belong to the Banister family, Roger Banister who was the first man to run the 4 minute mile.
