Please be aware there are two sets of stairs to gain entry to the apartment.
A quiet residential area, with everything you will need nearby, walking distance to both central Southport and Birkdale village. Perfectly portioned with easy access to both Birkdale and Southport train stations, with links to Manchester, Liverpool and Chester, as well as access to both Liverpool and Manchester airports. You will be only minutes away from the Royal Birkdale & Hillside Golf Club, as well as the many others in the area. All of Southports amazing attractions are right on your doorstep, with the beautiful coastline just a 20 minute walk away, as well as Southport's famous Marine Lake. Ainsdale and Formby pinewoods and beach are also easily accessible by car or train. You will be spoilt for choice in bars and restaurants, with Birkdale Village on one side and the town centre on the other.
