Centrally located penthouse, Certificate of Excellence 2018, 2019 and Travellers Choice Award 2020, with spectacular panoramic sea views from all internal rooms and both the south facing, roof terraces with outside dining area. From the moment the sun rises to when it sets you have unique south facing views from all rooms and roof terraces allowing for alfresco, sunny dining and entertaining throughout your day and sparkling city lights in the evening. Two clean, modern bedrooms and two bathrooms, (one ensuite, the other directly next to the other bedroom) in this quiet oasis penthouse, covering the entire top floor, is ideal to share with colleagues, friends or family. The master bedroom with it's comfortable king sized bed, ensuite bathroom and built in cupboards, is a delight. The second sea view bedroom with its built in cupboards and luxurious bed/s can be made up as a super king or 2 single beds as you wish. The kitchen has all you could want for your stay, double electric ovens, 4 electric induction hobs, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a fridge and freezer. Superfast, free wi-fi throughout the whole apartment.
I have spent many years travelling around the world. After staying in many different types of accommodations I know the enjoyment of staying in an exciting, spectacular, comfortable, clean and cared for apartment enabling you to make the most out of any destination. I have a couple of holiday penthouses in Brighton & Hove where I do my upmost to ensure guests have the most enjoyable stay possible. Multiple awards including 'Certificates of Excellence' for many years running and now the honour of Travellers Choice Awards. I believe this is down to the uniqueness of these apartments with incredible views and private roof terraces but also down to the attention to detail to bookings and going that extra mile to ensure guests are completely satisfied, so they are in the right space to have full enjoyment of their valued time away.
Located just off the bustling, high/main street, down a quiet mews, just a minute walk to the beach where you will find Brighton's newest attraction the BA i360 also the stunning remains of the West Pier along with outdoor table tennis, beach volleyball areas, children's play area with its sizeable splash pool, restaurants, cafes and many pubs & bars. It's all very walkable. Brighton & Hove boasts a wealth of fun and exciting things to do and see - there's a busy shopping area, catering for all desires, the world famous Brighton Pavilion and Palace Pier, as well as hundreds of restaurants, bars, cafes, nightclubs, theatres and museums to choose from. A short 15 minute stroll away are further antique shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques in the ‘Lanes’ and the 'North Laine' which are a delight. The Komedia Club is here, which is famous for its comedy, live music and cabaret acts. There's also a plethora of festivals and events including the famous Brighton Fringe & Festival running throughout May, the London to Brighton Challenge, classic car festivals, music festivals etc. The town hosts the UK's largest LGBT+ event, Brighton Pride.
