Seascape is a newly renovated 3 bedroom house with all the comforts of a comfortable home, including wifi. It is tastefully decorated in a coastal style. It is 4 minutes walk from Sea View Street, the shops, bars, restaurants and beach. It has an upstairs bathroom with L shaped bath and dual shower over. There is also a downstairs toilet. Seascape has a new combi boiler which gives you instant hot water. The home is centrally heated and has a small log burner in the lounge. There is a pretty enclosed back garden with patio area with seating and Bunty's beach hut. This safe area can also allows for a scooter or bicycles to be parked. I always try my best to save you a parking space outside the house and greet you. There is a key safe if not. I have a travel cot which you can use. Also there is a treasure chest with children's toys and games. Seascape has a Certificate of Excellence where you can check out reviews on TA. You will find the beds comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need for cooking and the utility area has a fridge,freezer, washing machine, cleaning products, dyson and ironing facilities. My aim is for you to have a comfortable stay.

I have always loved the coast being brought up on my fathers farm in the area. I am a teacher at a primary school ( now part time) in Louth and can advise you on the area around Cleethorpes. I enjoy renovating and decorating properties and this is my first venture into holiday letting which I have really enjoyed. I like to think of everything I would expect in a home away from home. I like to greet you at Seascape but if for any reason I cannot, a friend will greet you or the key will be in a safe for you. Cleethorpes is a vibrant town with a wealth of quality restaurants and lively bars. The beach is clean, where you can find well looked after donkeys and the beautiful newly renovated pier which is now an upmarket fish restaurant. You will find the usual seaside arcades alongside one off shops in Sea View Street which ladies love! There is a leisure centre, bowling alley and cinema. The promenade is long and ideal for wheelchairs. There is also a miniature railway which is a must for the old and young. Around and about you can discover the beautiful Georgian town of Louth, where you can spend a day at Hubbard's Hills picnicking and splashing in the stream all for free. There are breeding grey seals and Donna Nook in Nov/Dec and many lovely walks in a The Wolds. Cadwell Park is 20 miles away. Lincoln castle and cathedral are also well worth a visit.
