Siskin is a delightful Grade II listed, stone-built terrace cottage set in the village of Dinas Mawddwy, ten miles from Dolgellau. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one second floor twin, together with a bathroom with double-ended bath. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside there's roadside parking and an enclosed rear courtyard with furniture and a covered veranda and patio. Siskin is a charming Snowdonia base. Note: property only accepts maximum 1 well behaved dog. Note: Children aged 12 years and older - Please be aware, noise must be kept to a minimum after 11:00pm due to it been a row of terraced - There is a planned power cut for the whole road on December the 6th, 2023 between 9am and 4:30pm.

Dinas Mawddwy is an attractive, single-street village surrounded by beautiful countryside and overlooked by the wonderful Aran Mountains, in the southern part of Snowdonia National Park. There is a pub in the village and a number of others close by and the Meirion Woollen Mill stands on the banks of the River Dovey and is open to visitors.
