The staff where accommodating to our late arrival and called to let us know fresh milk was in the fridge for our arrival, tea and coffee where provided. Very close to a local sainsburys and that was appreciated, it was lovely and warm and very comfortable, cleaning products and appliances where all there, kitchen was very basic but enough there for me to cook a full dinner, shower was lovely and hot too. Security was good and liked how you needed to go through two doors so felt very safe
