I am a freelance theatre producer and a stay at home mum. I love travel, going on family day trips, walking in the Yorkshire countryside, cycling, shopping, great food, fab coffee shops and cake which is why we live in York!. I am just two minutes away and on hand if you need anything and as a York local I know some great places to go and things to do if you want some local tips. We pride ourselves on being family friendly. All guests are greeted with freshly baked cake and everything needed to make a good cuppa. Its our job to take away the stress so you can enjoy York. Thats why we provide all the things we would want if were were staying including USB charging ports in every room, cleaning equipment, store cupboard basics and a bathroom with soap, shower gel and shampoo. If you are bringing little ones we also have a high chair, cot and a variety of games and books available on request.

In addition we're just off ‘Bishy Road’ that recently crowned Britain's Best High Street.
