The Copper Cottage is a quirky 1 bedroom house, tucked away in a traditional Sussex "twitten" (pedestrian narrow lane) only two minutes walk away from Brighton train station. The house is located in the popular North Laine with bars, restaurants, music venues and theatres, and a short walk from the seaside. There is a bright open plan lounge/kitchen, with fitted kitchen, double bedroom and shower room. The house is furnished with designer fitting and skylights. I designed and renovated The Copper Cottage myself with two mottos in mind: Fun and Practical. Inspired by steam-punk style, with my own personal touches, I wanted the design to be unique. The one-storey house offers comfort and space in a prime location. While the footprint of the Copper Cottage is small, I have used height and light to enhance the space by adding various windows, skylight and LED lights. The Cottage is eco-friendly, using vertical aluminium radiators with open copper pipes that warms up quickly. I used modern insulation to minimise the use of energy and it is supplied by renewable electricity from local sources (the off-shore wind-farm). We don't have terrestrial TV but we have a smart TV which you can use to connnect to your favourite apps such as Prime, Netflex, Disney+ and etc.

I like travelling and trying new food. I connect with people while on the road and interested in others lives and stories. I have lived in half a dozen countries and speak more than English :) While at home I am a dad and an entrepreneur. Building and refurbishing houses is my passion. Shops: North Laine shops are at the end of the street and a great place to browse and explore. You can find pretty much anything there from specialist and second-hand book shops, record stores, vintage clothes, designer boutiques, antiques shops, the vast "Snooper's Paradise" and Oliver's Brighton, the magical Harry Potter shop. We are also only 15 minutes from Churchill Square for the usual high street range of shops. More information Railway Station: Brighton main station is at the end of T just 2 minute walk. Music Venues: Brighton has a vibrant music scene and many of the venues are within 5 minutes' walking distance, which makes nights out a great different experience while the cottage still remains quiet at night in a pedestrian alleyway. The Green Door Store, Prince Albert, Hope and Ruin, Brighton Dome and other live music venues are 2 - 5 minutes walk away, with the Brighton Centre 10-15 minutes' walk away, on the seafront. The Concorde 2 is also easily accessible by foot, taking in a stroll along the seaside from the pier. (There is nothing like coming out of a great gig to see the moon over the sea!) Cinema: Komedia is 3 minute's walk.
