Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. This charming, semi-detached 18th-century barn conversion lies on a 150-acre working livestock farm and the owners live on-site. It offers three bedrooms and a family bathroom, and is conveniently set all on the ground floor for the less mobile in your party. It is situated in a quiet and peaceful area close to the towns of Newtown and Welshpool, which both host an array of shops, bars and restaurants. Nearby are the popular tourist attractions of Powis Castle and Glansevern Hall gardens, both offering a great day out for guests. Tregynon has a village shop and the local area provides lovely walks and cycle trails, castles, mansions and gardens, a variety of outdoor pursuits, four golf courses and visits to Newtown, Welshpool, Ludlow and Shrewsbury. Converted from old farm buildings this property, along with the adjoining property Y Bwythyn, both retain some original features. Shop 800 yards, pub and restaurant 2&frac12; miles.
