Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair available on request. Enclosed rear garden. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is ramp access to the garden, but the property is not suitable for wheelchair access. . This three-bedroom property accommodates up to four guests and is ideal for walks along the promenade or 10-minute walk into Cleveleys village.
