Sitting on the Regency seafront with wonderful sea views, The Belmont Hotel is one of Sidmouth's popular 4-star hotels. It is a short level walk from the town centre. The Belmont has private manicured gardens and a terrace for drinks or lunches close to the sea. The bar, lounges and most bedrooms also have exceptional sea views, and guests find them warm and comfortable. Belmont Restaurant has a modern English menu and friendly and efficient staff. Horizon Restaurant offers customers a more informal dining experience. Leisure facilities are available at the Belmont's adjacent sister hotel, including the NEW Victoria Hotel Source Spa and outdoor swimming pool. The Source Spa includes a heated indoor pool, spa bath, sauna, steam room, gym, relaxation area and two treatment rooms. Sidmouth is surrounded by beautiful countryside and is part of the Jurassic Coast. The cliffs at Sidmouth are famous for their geological features and fossils. A short drive away is Exeter, with its cathedral and new shopping centre, Princesshay.
