A clean bathroom with a proper shower and loo — no frills, just what you need. Hand towel and bath mat provided, but please bring your own towels for showers and the beach. 👶 Travelling with Little Ones? There’s a highchair and changing mat available. Fees & Extras – Just So You Know We like to keep things simple and transparent: Cleaning & Linen Fee – GBP70 per stay (covers fresh bedding and a thorough clean) Pet Fee – GBP20 per stay Early Check-In (from 1 PM) – GB10 per hour Late Check-Out (by 12 PM) – GB10 per hour (Standard check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM) Security Deposit – A GBP1 pre-authorisation is taken before arrival. The Bird’s Nest is set in Saddlebrook Park, a lively holiday community in Leysdown-on-Sea, on the beautiful Isle of Sheppey in Kent. This corner of the world is full of nostalgic British charm, with buckets (and spades) of personality. Just a 10-minute stroll takes you to the beach, where you can breathe in fresh sea air, build sandcastles, or enjoy a classic paddle in the waves. The arcades, fish and chip shops, and ice cream stands will instantly take you back to childhood seaside holidays. Need supplies? There’s a convenience store nearby that sells everything from snacks to emergency flip-flops. Fancy a pub meal or a bit of people-watching? There are local pubs and cafés within walking distance, including karaoke nights if you’re brave (or well hydrated). For kids (and big kids), there’s a play park, a clubhouse with seasonal entertainment, and plenty of green space for running around or enjoying a picnic. Please note: The Bird’s Nest is located within Saddlebrook Park, which has strict pet rules that all guests must follow. 🐾 Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome, but the following breeds and any mixed breeds containing these types are strictly prohibited on-site: American Bully types (including XL Bully) Pit Bull types Mastiff types ❗ If you arrive with a restricted breed, entry to the park will be denied and your booking may be cancelled without refund. 🐶 Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside the property within the park, and owners must clean up after their pets immediately.
