First time stay and will definitely be going back. Location was perfect for my visit as it is close to Burnley/Pendle/Colne. It was clean and well decorated with all the facilities you would expect. All communication with owner was quick and easy. The caravan is equipped with everything including free wifi. The onsite facilities catered for all my needs, meals/breakfast/coffee etc.
