The family attractions on offer at Bourton-on-the-Water are guaranteed to keep little ones entertained (Birdland park and gardens and the model village and railway to name just a few). The lovely market town of Stow-on-the-Wold and its quality shopping and restaurants is just seven and a half miles away. Popular visits also include, Sudeley Castle ; Sezincote Gardens . Batsford Arboretum is worth a visit, particularly to see the autumn colours, but year round provides budding gardeners with inspiration and there's archery and a falconry centre too. Longborough's popular opera festival in June/July is fabulous and incredibly popular so please book ahead. Naunton Downs Golf Club is approx two miles from the cottage.
