The Old Forge is a detached cottage and enjoys a comfortable living space opening out onto a private patio with outdoor seating for dining al fresco, or the perfect spot for a morning coffee whilst planning the days adventures. The Old Forge offers a perfect home from home and an ideal base from which to make the most of the area. Warcop is a typical Cumbrian Village with regular community events where all are welcome and there is a children’s play area on the village green. Appleby and Kirkby Stephen are interesting market towns offering independent shops and cafés, and sit just a few miles away from Warcop. The area enjoys a wealth of villages and hamlets throughout this scenic part of the Eden Valley. A popular spot for walkers and cyclists, routes are plentiful and offer something for all abilities.
