The Pines is a modern end property situated in the highly sought-after Maltings area in Weymouth in Dorset and benefits from a large patio garden area. The house can sleep 4 people in two bedrooms, 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin single as well as a family shower room with double sized power shower, basin and WC. The rest of the house is made up of a fitted kitchen and a sitting / dining room. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for one car and a large patio and landscaped tiered garden with decking and furniture.
