This large, spacious and modern 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is set in Bridge of Dee area of Aberdeen walkable to Robert Gordon Uni. This flat is furnished to high standard with Ultra fast fiber optic Wifi broadband (150-169Mbps). The apartment has modern Full kitchen, living room & Sofa, two double rooms with double beds, shower, bath & heated towel rail. The apartment is equipped with Smart TV, fridge freezer with ample free communal parking. Spacious and newly renovated to high standard rooms, quality beddings, furniture and kitchen utensils. The bathroom is equipped with bath and shower with dressing mirror, heated towel rail, WC and wash hand basin. You have the entire apartment to yourself and access to ample parking areas. There is ample parking in the front and back of the building dedicated to the community. The property 1-2 mins walk from a park and only 5mins walk the Bridge of Dee (river dee), Garthdee park, Asda Super Store, walking trail by river dee and walking distance to other shops & town centre. Discounted rates for longer stays or multiple bookings might be available.

The neighbourhood is residential with Asda, Sainsbury and B&Q within walking distant. Public transport is by bus and local stops are either 2 minutes away from Headland Court or a 5 minute walk away. The train station is around 20 minutes walking or 10 minutes by bus. Aberdeen airport is 35 minutes by bus or 25 minutes by taxi/car. The main bus lines for going into and out of Aberdeen are close by with the relevant bus stop just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Parking at the complex is free and there is more than one space available.
