Great location. Short walk in one direction along canal to Aldi and in other direction to Waitrose and from there onto City Centre with all the facilities Chester offers. The small terrace does indeed get the sun . Comfortable, well presented flat with own entrance from ground floor and parking space alongside. New appliances .
