Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Small lawned garden with garden furniture. Hot tub (private). Garage parking for 1 car; additional parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. 2 minutes walk from the beach. This large, double fronted Victorian house is situated in the pretty coastal town of Sutton-on-Sea just 2 minutes walk from the beach. With its own garden with a private hot tub and games room, it provides the ideal holiday base for any family wishing to explore. Mablethorpe, just 4 miles has ‘Kids Adventure World’ ideal visit for those wet days whilst Skegness just 12 miles, has entertainments for all ages with Europe’s biggest classic ferris wheel, Hardy’s animal farm and Natureland Seal Sanctuary to name a few. Well positioned for towns such as Alford, Horncastle, Lincoln and Boston which are all within easy access. There are castles, country houses, windmills and market towns to explore as well as walking or cycling in the Lincolnshire Wolds which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, or follow the World War II Bomber trail steeped in aviation history.
