It was comfortable relaxing lovely cottage very clean it was also nostalgic my husbands nan and grandad used to own the cottage and it was sold in 2011 they were the ones that found the bread oven which is in mablethorpes history book he was over the moon when he found their original note left in the oven

I booked this for my parents as a treat, they thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Said it was clean and everything it needed to be. It was also ideal for them because it was essentially right at the entrance to the park. Rebecca was also there for any questions we had. 100% recommend

Great break here - property is in a brilliant location for the beach and just a 10-15 minute walk into town. Very quiet and peaceful street. The bungalow is really spacious - we particularly liked the two living areas and the kids enjoyed the books and toys made available. Everything you would need was provided including a lovely welcome pack and basics like dishwasher tabs, soap etc. Super helpful host and we would book again, thank you

Lovely chalet. Good setup for 2 small kids. So close to beach and mablethorpe walkable even with little legs. Owner extremely reaponsive when i stupidly could not get the shower to work. Facilities at the park are good. Food excellent

The resort is fine for families.

The resort is fine for families. It was quite lively and busy because it was the school holidays. You can find quieter places if you want some peace. There were plenty of places to visit and restaurants to eat in.

The beach was lovely the sand was soft and clean plenty of space for everyone. This is a perfect little place for families, We ate fish and chips from SALTYS they were the best and not badly priced . Plenty for all ages to do . We had a great stay

Some elements are a real throwback to the early days of...

Some elements are a real throwback to the early days of seaside holidays, with two crazy golfs (cheap one at the top of the hill by the skate park ) that is friendly and great for a family/pets and a giggle with friendly staff, down to the front, from Becks or the Louth for a meal or chippys for out the tray (and now some foreign offerings from italian to a couple of indians but can not vouch for them yet) and some hidden gems to find for yourselves, the No. 8 bar for some great cocktails in very good surroundings and want an arcade? you can not go wrong with the Mirage, you got a fair and a clean and tidy, safe beach, a traditional holiday. If you want more, there is so much more in the local areas to suit all tastes, ages and budgets, from nature and bird watching, dog walking (very dog friendly), to getting into Skegvegas or Chapel for a little more upbeat entertainment and activities, we have been there in season and off season and will be going again and hopefully very soon. As for shopping when you know the town most of it is in walking distance but there is plenty of parking, a Tesco, Lidl, Co op are all to hand and these days there is even delivery

Small old fashioned seaside report very friendly also dog-friendly. Fantastic beach with lovely walk into Sutton on Sea. Favourite restaurants Mo's Indian and Gerardo's. Friendly bar at Victoria Guest House. Beware though: food outlets close at 9 pm in Mablethorpe, plan accordingly.

Mablethorpe is a lovely resort that caters for families and people of all ages. It is not a resort like Skegness a bit more laid back, having said that you can catch the bus to other East coast resorts.

Long stretch of beach, plenty of car park dotted around the town. A variety of things to do such the amusements in the town, the seal sanctuary nearby, crazy golf or walk the beach/promenade or just sit on a bench and relax, so will suit all tastes. My dislike is the 40p charge for a WC.
